I’ve completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Operations and Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I’ve 24 months of work experience at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV). There I was responsible for execution of all the changes concerning Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and resolution of run-time issues of the same. I was located in the engine manufacturing facility of VECV i.e. VE Power Train which had a capacity of assembling 1 Lakh engines per annum. I was able to gain fair amount of knowledge of overall operations of the plant and got the opportunity to work with various departments such as Production, Quality, SAP Integration, Manufacturing Engineering, PMO, Logistics and Internal Material Handling etc. I’m a Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. Since my childhood I’ve been a Sports enthusiast. I actively follow football and cricket and have won various tournaments as well. I was part of Mechanical Football as Cricket Team during my undergrad. Currently, I was also the Captain of Football Team of SPJIMR.
• Led a team of 69 employees with 65 L3/L4 investigators and 4 L4 managers as part of Gift Cards (GC) team to ensure the safety of real time transactions for our customers | Responsible for performance evaluation & coaching • Handled False Positive Rate (FPR) metric for approx. 400 WW investigators and representing it in WBR | Successfully met all the 3 Child metrics with 20% of positive delta in 2021 across 18 marketplaces • Led a campaign on Repeat Sanitization defects for GC WW and achieved a reduction of 70% in defects in 2 months • Primary POC of Rewards and Recognition for 700+ employees | Handling a budget of approx. • Development of model of Rural Eco Tourism of Tauli village (situated near Dehradun) using the concepts of Self Sustainability to empower localites and reduce the migration of youth • Devised potential clients for Kisan Window (KiWi) which was a Startup in affiliation with the Evolve Foundation • Improvement in the factory layout of the packaging facility of KiWi along with additions of entries into the Information System thus improving the overall process reliability
• Responsible for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as part of Maintenance Team • Managed to keep Production Uptime >99% of Assembly and Machine Shop due to MES related issues • Execution of 100% Change Requests concerning MES from various departments such as Manufacturing Engineering, PMO, ProcessIT, Logistics etc • Received an Event Based Recognition (EBR) for carrying out major campaign for rectification of injector trim code defect of approximately 600 engines • Remapping of all the parameters of Test Bed for improvement in data reporting which resulted in efficient issue resolution
