Coaches supporting the foundation business in Ayco are able to use tools that make their workflows more effective. The scope of this project was to demise CTS. All the CRM related functionality from CTS would be moved to Salesforce and most of the other functionalities would be moved to advisor desktop. As a part of this project, I was responsible for updating client data in Salesforce when coaches use CTS UI to update client demographic data. Also, scheduling phone appointments with coaches by eligible Ayco coaching clients was a highly manual process and not sustainable. So I worked on implementing TimeTrade's appointment management scheduling service and integrating it with the existing Ayco Client Portal.
