Developed and managed the Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on HR support for Mergers & Acquisitions and Integration, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, Americas and Europe. Responsibilities included: (1) HR expertise and full life-cycle support on - Corporate M&A deals, including Due Diligence & Human Capital Risk Assessment, Negotiation of HR Terms & Conditions, Integration Planning, Merger Agreement Reviews, Implementation and Post-merger Integration. - Strategic outsourcing engagements/deals involving client staff acquisitions (re-badging) (2) Creation and management of programs and processes for successful employee on-boarding (new hire, acquired & re-badged)
