I worked with Thinkthrough consulting as a Consultant for about 2 years, where I was responsible for executing consultancy assignments which included research, development of study tools, field survey management, data analysis and report writing. My key assignments included monitoring and evaluation studies, baseline and need assessment studies, end-line studies and program audit for clients including Axis Bank Foundation, Indigo, L&T Financial services and Nayara Energy.
