During my Leadership, Composed and directed several songs. Managed team, worked on music production. Under My Tenure, The Team performed and collaborated with elite organizations like C.R.Y NGO, Microsoft, The Times of India, Etc. My Team won many awards under My Leadership.
Managed their Campaign on 'Road Safety'. Worked with the Research team to make people aware about road safety measures.
Worked with the Volunteer Action Team, North and played an instrumental role in a National Campaign on Menstrual Health Awareness. I undertook the following activities as a part of the campaign - 1. Did an extensive research on menstrual health and how it affects young girls in India. Assisted team in making a street play based on this data on menstrual health and myths surrounding it. 2. Performed in public places to raise awareness. 3. Also performed the play at the Microsoft office as a part of their employee engagement Initiative there. Our performance helped raise awareness and funds among almost 2000- employees at Microsoft 4. Developed creatives for social media. 5. Promoted Ongoing Campaigns through Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing, SMS Marketing etc. 6. Handled On ground Public Relations and Communications
