At my last job at IKEA, I supported the smooth and efficient operation of the store by ensuring that the carts are always available and organized for the customers. I am also a student of Tourism and Travel Services Management at Seneca Polytechnic, with a specialization in Global Tourism Business. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, a Customer Service Agent at Skiral Services, and an Assistant at Domino's, where I delivered high-quality service and support to various clients and customers. I have also completed a full menu update on DoorDash as a CSA at TaskUs, demonstrating my attention to detail and accuracy. I am multilingual, fluent in Hindi, English, Punjabi, and six other languages, which gives me an edge in communicating with diverse audiences. Additionally, I am an avid basketball player, having played at a national level, which showcases my teamwork, leadership, and fitness skills.
