I work at the intersection of strategy, infrastructure, and business transformation. Major working experience across portfolio, including airports, seaports, dry ports, industrial estates, and tourism hospitality. My focus is on helping organizations navigate complexity, structure growth opportunities, and translate strategic thinking into practical execution. Over 24 years of working experience, I have worked in infrastructure, transportation, supply chain, and property businesses, both private and state-owned companies. The main mission is to transform the transportation node into an economic node with various strategic business initiatives. The latest position was Director of Planning & Development of ASDP—a company with the largest ferry ro-pax vessel ownership. Eight years of service at ASDP with various roles. This is the largest ferry ro-pax operator in the world (226 ships, 367 ports, serving over 300 routes nationwide). During my service, I prepared the corporate strategic planning and led major initiatives that delivered significant value creation to the company. Among others are Executive Terminal & Ferry Express, Labuan Bajo Marina, including a 5-star hotel, Bakauheni Harbour City, and the acquisition of ferry company. Two years of services in Angkasa Pura-airport operator, I provide strategic development of Airport City in infrastructure and economic development. I also provide advice and recommendations for corporate business development on aeronautical business, non-aeronautical business and cargo business. Ten years in Jababeka group, major initiatives was develop Cikarang Dry Port from scratch. It is the first Inland Port connected to Sea Port and Bill of Lading by international shipping company in the biggest hinterland of Java. I am particularly interested in long-term value creation, investment thinking, governance, and the design of resilient business structures that can adapt to changing conditions. Today, I continue to explore opportunities to contribute to thoughtful strategy, transformation initiatives, and conversations around the future of infrastructure and economic development.
