After leaving the Civil Service after 5 years of employment there, I spent a year transitioning roles and exploring different paths including police officer training with Gloucestershire Constabulary and hospitality work, including at the Cornish Bakery in Cheltenham. I then found my new passion in my role at Gloucestershire County Council.
