• Responsible for the lifecycle management of the medium sized segment of clinical blood analyzer generating 2.2 bCHF reagent sales revenues per year representing 27% of the business area sales.(Market leaders in this segment) • Market and competitor analysis, elaboration of marketing strategies and plans and implementation with country organizations worldwide • Formulate and ensure proper implementation of market and customer requirements for new products • Elaborate marketing story including value propositions, key messaging and competitive package • Creation and provision of marketing and sales training and coordinate all launch activities with country organizations • Identification and implementation of product improvements along the value chain • Leading improvement projects with internal or external vendors (especially with Hitachi High Technologies in Japan) and managing market implementation • Monitoring sales and KPI’s and undertake necessary activities to achieve committed targets
• Overarching coordination of activities of various support teams for different product lines • Management of projects that led to a 5% reduction of service and support costs • Definition of inbound and outbound processes and establishment of standardized team working structures and ensure adherence to regulatory aspects
• Led the support team delivering training, second level support, expert hotline and documentation for all country organizations • Identification and resolution of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions • Market roll out management of new products • Responsible for service and support requirements and specifications of new products
