I work across sectors, including Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology, Construction and Retail. As a Business Analyst, my main responsibilities include: - Design and delivery of bespoke talent management solutions including psychometric assessments and performance management tools. - Relationship management with key project stakeholders, providing ongoing support during the launch and embedding of Chemistry’s solutions.
