Founded in Oxford UK - Adestra was new to the APAC region. I worked closely with the Regional Director & Senior Account Manager with a small team to roll out ESP projects to help expand the business globally in a new market. My role also collaborated with Pre-Sales for scoping efforts and requirements for new contracts as well as existing clients. - Responsible for all projects in the APAC region of a global SaaS business. - Act as the primary stakeholder contact for all projects. - Manage internal resources spread across APAC/EMEA/USA. - Establishing processes & scalability control. - Implementing automation & marketing projects & solutions.
