I lead the creative strategy and direction of entertainment and live guest experiences for Merlin Entertainment globally, taking projects from early creative through technical integration and on-site opening. Over the last 10+ years I’ve worked across ops, production, and creative leadership, so I’m comfortable sitting between creatives, technical teams, and site operations to protect creative intent while making sure the thing actually works day after day.
