Here I have worked in the Ice cream kiosk dealing in customer service and food practices. This has allowed me to gain excellent communication skills and at times I have shown leadership skills when problems have occurred, or my manager has deputised me and put me in charge to open the kiosk and take stock checks. I have also developed communication skills while working on the trampolines and bouncy castle here, this is because I have had to talk to parents and children about safety rules and telling them when their time is up. I have shown adaptability when children will not listen to me, and I have had to change the way I speak to them to stay professional but at the same time sticking to the rules and doing my job. I have shown hard work and dedication when lifting heavy stock and having to work overtime during busy periods.
