A ballerina. A PR professional. A courtroom supporter. An agency recruiter. A talent acquisition expert. An expat. A mother. A leader. My path has never been linear and that’s my greatest strength. Every chapter has taught me something essential: discipline from years of ballet, courage through redundancy and divorce, empathy from supporting people in their most vulnerable moments, and adaptability from building a life abroad. These experiences shaped not just my career, but my values. They taught me grit, curiosity, and the belief that growth often comes from the unexpected. I’m proud of the unconventional journey that brought me here, and I’m excited for the opportunities still ahead. “You can choose courage or you can choose comfort, but you cannot choose both.” Brene Brown

Part of the Learning & Talent Innovation CoE. I support Business Transformation, Finance, IT, Legal, IP&S and GBS functions globally. Partnering very closely with the Enabling Funtions HRO and HRBPs, I help to build learning and talent strategies that are relevant to the functions, build strong internal pipelines for strategic roles using various succession tools and advise on talent development for our internal workforce. I also contribute to transformation projects that require insight from organisations outside of my scope - acting as a "spider in the web" when it comes to enterprise talent management.
I transferred to the Enabling Functions team for the Benelux market where I end to end recruit for roles in Finance, IT, Brand, Communications, Business Transformation and HR from Junior Professional to Senior Director. I have successfully led two volume recruitment projects within Marketing and Business Transformation and most recently been given the Key Account Manager responsibility for HR where I oversee all recruitment and partner the business to understand the market and workforce planning for the future. I am involved in projects which are aimed at improving the candidate experience as well as hiring culture and have successfully implemented new processes and ways of working. The environment I work in is super international and I recruit the best talent from all over the world to join the fantastic teams at the HQ in Amsterdam as well as the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. I enjoy partnering with my internal stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies that work for them as well as providing our candidates with a positive experience.
