With over 15 years of experience in the global education sector, I am the Chief Operating Officer at IDP Education, a leading provider of international student placement and English language testing services. I am passionate about enabling students to achieve their lifelong learning and career goals through quality international education. I have completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD and the Digital Business Strategy course at MIT Sloan School of Management, enhancing my strategic and digital leadership skills. As the COO, I am responsible for the strategy execution and P&L delivery across 60+ countries in North, South East and South Asia, MEA, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Latin America. Leveraging customer and operations transformation enabled by technology am driving sustainable high growth and profitability through omni channels, co-designing and transforming customer journeys, employee engagement, and operations. I have delivered new business verticals at scale, such as the expanding student placement to new destinations of Canada, USA and UK which are now leading revenue growth contributors, transformed 3P countries to company owned and led expansion to new geographies. I have also established global shared services, reducing duplicity, removing silos, improving service delivery, and enabling strategy execution.
