Inspired by the words of Zig Ziglar, "You don't build a business. You build people, and then people build the business," I am committed to a career in Human Resources that focuses on empowering employees and fostering organizational growth. Since a young age, I have always found fulfillment in connecting with people and navigating complex situations, unaware that these skills would become central to my professional aspirations. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, where I developed a strong foundation in HR functions, employee relations, and conflict resolution. My academic journey has deepened my interest in the essential role of Human Resources in shaping organizational culture and driving success. Through my coursework and projects, I have gained valuable insights into recruitment, training, payroll services, and employee data management using HRIS software. I am particularly passionate about creating inclusive and engaging workplace environments that foster growth and productivity. To further enhance my expertise, I am currently pursuing an advanced post-graduate course in Human Resources at Centennial College. This program is providing me with up-to-date knowledge and best practices in the HR field. My goal is to become a well-rounded HR professional who can contribute to organizational success by maximizing the potential of its people.
