We are fully responsible for all hub operations. All vehicles must be monitored and moved from OOS to RFD on time. Communicate politely and professionally with all customers. Maintain proper vehicle hygiene and cleanliness at all times. Ensure inventory is properly maintained and updated. Open all job cards as required and close them after work completion. Maintain overall hub hygiene and cleanliness. Regularly follow up with all hub employees (around 10 staff) (Riders 600 members) Frequently check vehicle status and take necessary action. Verify and update Metabase data correctly. Ensure proper hub-wise deployment follow-up. Interact with walking riders, guide them properly, and convert them.
