Responsible for ▪ Support of the process development (e.g. OF – process, Systems Engineering Process) ▪ Ensures the application of leading technologies and methodologies within the skill team to enable high efficiency ▪ Ensure internal process are respected ▪ Ensure Lessons Learnt are applied ▪ Forces re-use of existing solutions ▪ Ensure work according to relevant processes and guidelines ▪ Develop the human resource planning for skill team as an input for the Segment resource planning ▪ Execution of the full annual performance reviews (performance appraisal, career planning, training, development, salary) with the Team Leaders in the specific Skill Team ▪ Ensures the technical training of the employees, including all temporarily assigned to employees from affiliates, in accordance with the career planning.
As Team Leader Field Commissioning I am responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team(30 - 35 Commissioning Engineers) and the correct implementation of internal processes. Main Duties, Operational Tasks, Responsibilities ▪ Contact person concerning inquiries and concerns of our employees and management ▪ Task & Staff management and implementation of efficient, automated as well as up-to-date processes ▪ Ensure closed lessons learned loop from employee to organization ▪ Supervision of apprentices as well as the preparation and further development of training plans ▪ Working on strategic projects to improve internal processes ▪ Support of the operating business if needed to bridge resource bottlenecks and to teach new employees through on-the-job training ▪ Technical knowledge in the applications to be supported
In this role additional to responsibilities of Engineer Projects I was responsible for ▪ Coaching newcomers and juniors as a Role model ▪ Support and solve complex problems based on a wide range of practical experience ▪ Participate and support overlapping working groups and committees ▪ Provide feedback to development regarding future software or device requirements ▪ Support development in special applications or “beta tests”
In this role i was executing ▪ Check of system installation and safety chains ▪ Calibration of measurement chains and verification of overall system function ▪ Documentation of results and archiving (backup) of system settings ▪ Handover system to the customer together with the project leader. ▪ Documentation of executed tasks (via PC based Tools CESAR or FSM report) ▪ Report Quality issues for future improvements (product & process) I was responsible for : ▪ Execution of tasks according training & documents (if available acc. prepared task work package) ▪ Communicate with customer and create customer satisfaction. ▪ Meet with project team prior and after commissioning. ▪ Require Support from Commissioning Support Center or similar 2nd Level support. ▪ Trigger of continues improvements (8D-Reports)
