KYC Remediation: • Conduct KYC Remediation in strict compliance with US PATRIOT ACT & Bank Secrecy Act. • Handle KYC for various customer types, including LLP, Corporate, Private/Public Limited Companies, Trusts, Foundations, Sole Traders, NBFI, and NPOs. • Manage Business Banking Portfolio and Relationship Managed Customer profiles to ensure accurate KYC information. • Validate and complete KYC files in information systems with a focus on Risk Associated Customers. • Perform QC/QA to achieve 100% data and quality accuracy. ID&V (Identification & Verification): • Verify customer and connected parties' identities according to KYC procedures. • Use regulated and approved external sources for documentation. • Maintain and update client data during the review process. Screening: • Perform required KYC screening on customers and document obtained information. • Conduct sanction screening and gather negative news for customers using provided tools.
