• Manage Accounts Payable for APAC & UAE, ensuring accurate and timely agent/trade payments within 2 working days • Conduct quarterly Local Books vs CargoWise reconciliation, resolving discrepancies and posting audit adjustment entries • Support statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules, resolving observations, and ensuring full compliance • Perform month-end close activities including GL & bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and financial reporting • Lead weekly AR meetings and drive overdue reduction by monitoring action plans and sending timely SOAs • Prepare bad debts working based on aging analysis and credit risk review • Execute monthly intercompany reconciliations and dispute resolution across APAC entities
