Responsible for the planning and delivery of the Host Country Fan Zones Project. Main Scope: Developing event strategies, preparing scope of works and contracts, leading teams, designing events, managing EMC's, overseeing operations, integrating stakeholders and reporting. Achievements : In this position I was responsible for the delivery of 14 Fan Zones ranging between 5,000 people and 40,000 people in capacity. A total of nearly 1.5 million people safely through the gates during the FWC.
Responsible for the development of the scope of works for the sports presentation operations at the Pan American Games Santiago 2023. Main Scope: Develop the requirements for the sport presentation operations and draft the preliminary scope of works to serve as baselines for the tendering process.
