Most recently completed a Web Development Internship at Brainwave Matrix Solutions, where projects showcased skills in responsive UI design, modular coding, and frontend-backend integration. Core competencies include Information Technology, Microsoft Certified Technology tools, and a growing focus on Generative AI. As a Researcher at BPIT Rohini, Delhi, developed and evaluated machine learning models aimed at improving early diagnosis of learning disabilities such as dyslexia and ADHD. This work demonstrated potential for inclusive and personalized education solutions. Completed a Product Trainee Internship at TradeIndia, where I analyzed user journeys across the mobile application and website to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience. Took end-to-end ownership of the AI-powered onboarding call bot, managing the product lifecycle from requirement understanding and workflow analysis to feature validation, script refinement, and iterative improvements. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define conversation flows, enhance bot performance, streamline the onboarding process, and ensure the solution aligned with business and user requirements.
Created a responsive landing page project (DevNest) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, showcasing modern layout, animations, and mobile-first design. Built a functional food delivery website (Foodie) with frontend and basic backend integration, simulating user flow and cart behavior. Used Git, followed modular code practices, and ensured clean, responsive UI design.
