About

Engineer by degree, but clearly didn’t stick to the script. A photographer when I feel like it. I shoot, design, market, and occasionally overthink ideas that somehow work. Started freelancing in college, not just for passion but for real exposure. To understand what actually works, how the world responds, and where I stand in terms of skill. That’s where things got real. From random gigs to corporate rooms like Cognizant, GE Aerospace, and the MBA detour, I picked up how things actually move, not just how they look on slides. At HDFC Life, I helped make insurance a little less boring through comics, cards, and tools used by 30,000+ people. Now at Influidity, I’ve been thrown into everything and stayed there. Social media, performance marketing, creatives, event coverage, and on-ground execution. From coordinating with ground staff to CEOs and directors, understanding printing, dealing with all kinds of vendors, managing big budgets, pitching for client acquisition, planning activations to actually standing at stalls and selling ideas to strangers. It’s easy to build things when budgets are big and teams are polished. Reality is different when you’re on the ground, figuring things out in real time and making things work with what you have. From increasing store footfall to driving real estate conversions to building brand value for established names in Odisha, I’ve seen it, done it, and still doing it. Personally, and with a team.

One year running marketing for one of India’s biggest life insurers - from 360° campaign amplification and all-India branch branding to internal campaigns that kept 30,000+ salespeople engaged. Created comics, interesting one-pagers, product details disguised as playing cards, and other tools to make insurance easier to understand and sell. Managed national B-school competitions, market research deep-dives, brand activations, and cross-team collaborations - all while learning how large-scale marketing actually works. Got my corporate badge stamped, then stepped off the train to explore the wilder side of marketing, branding, and strategy.

Worked on building an operations model for fleet and asset teams. My focus was on creating a user-friendly knowledge management system that made collaboration smoother and project execution faster. Applied lean and agile principles to identify gaps, streamline processes, and propose a smart repository and skill matrix for better resource mapping. It was a great blend of strategy, tech, and problem-solving, and gave me a ground-up view of digital transformation in aerospace.
