Today, as CEO of Axxis Consulting, I continue to drive the growth of our SAP Platinum Partner business across Asia, a subsidiary of Biprogy. Led Axxis Consulting to become a key player in the SAP ecosystem, resulting in a strategic acquisition by Biprogy in 2019. Drove the growth of an international IT consulting firm, an SAP Platinum Partner within the United VARs alliance, with offices in Singapore and Malaysia. Successfully navigated the company through its acquisition by Biprogy, leveraging our Southeast Asia presence to expand their global client base. Oversaw the continuous growth of the ERP / Platform business for Biprogy outside Japan.
Appointed as interim CEO to lead post-merger integration activities, successfully stabilizing and guiding the company through a critical transition phase. Managed the full P&L and organizational performance of a leading ERP solutions provider with over 500 customers in Singapore. Grew the business from the ground up, scaling it into a regional powerhouse with over 150 consultants and a turnover of RM 50 million. Successfully led the company through its public listing on the MESDAQ (now ACE market) in 2007. Spearheaded two acquisitions and a reverse take-over, demonstrating expertise in M&A and strategic growth.
