In my role as Director Business Development, I lead the global activities in Microsoft AI Business Solution, Cloud & AI Platforms, Data & Artificial Intelligence and Modern Workplace. Our teams focus on the implementation, optimization, digitalization and ongoing support of ERP and CRM business processes using Microsoft platforms such as D365 FO, D365 CE and the Power Platform, including extensive AI services. Personally, I bring more than three decades of experience with business software solutions, especially in the area of CRM and cloud technologies (Microsoft, Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, Siebel/Oracle) - from mid-sized companies to globall enterprises.
