Procornea B.V. / Teleon is an Dutch producer and supplier of Rigid Gas Permeable an soft contact lenses. With Teleon we develop , manufacture and sell innovative products in the field of intraocular (IOL) surgery. The IOL is a lens implanted in the eye used to treat cataracts or myopia.
Productionmanager Paper and Assimilation The production division has been split up in 3 divisions: matterpreparation, paperproduction and assimilation. As productionmanager I am responsible for these divisions. I give direct leadership at 8 teamleaders and indirect at 75 co-workers (fixed and temporarily) in a 3- teamsservice. Considering our "small" enterprise (135 co-workers), am I immediately responsible for the daily management below which: • The effort of personnel, the budgets, illness oversight administration, health & safety, recruitment & select and criticisms conversations. • Trainings of our personnel. • Guard of the personnel level with relation tills the quality, quantity and attitude. • Accompany and implement of improvement projects to improvement of quality and trials. I work closely together with other divisions within us commit by which customers directed work in front state. In my present position, I gained the necessary experience with the implementation and development of the Lawson M3-system (formerly MOVEX). This system supports and improves our business trials.
Responsable for the SEWACO (Sensoren Wapen en commando) systemen.
