I have a background as Captain on OBO’s and Tanker and have worked on shore since 1991, but with a few trips on board to maintain my Master licence. I started working on shore for Höegh as Operation Manager for Bulk/Tank and then transferred to Bona Shipping and continued the job as Operation Manager. From 1995 to 2001 I worked for Anders Wilhelmsen with various tasks including operation, insurance, HSSEQ and vessel inspections. From 2001 to 2005 I worked with Teekay on board and ashore including a period in Grimstad as Superintendent and HSSEQ for FSO Nordic Apollo. From 2005 to 2007 I worked with Fearnbulk as Operation Manager supporting Bulk and RoRo. From December 2007 until November 2016 I have worked with Höegh Autoliners in various positions related to technical ship management.
