• Lead the team and develop from 0 to 1 for compliance related product including enhanced due diligence, AML and transaction monitoring etc. • Continuously review product roadmap and enhance compliance processes and controls to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and business needs using latest technologies like OCR and GPT. • Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance, customer service and legal teams to ensure the product meets all regulatory requirements and standards • Establish monitoring mechanisms with reports and metrics to communicate compliance status to stakeholders and senior management. • Coordinate and participate in compliance audits and investigations. This includes working with internal and external auditors to address any compliance issues identified and implement corrective actions from product perspective
