I am a highly motivated Computer Science and Statistics student at the University of Florida with a strong academic background, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while being part of the Honors and University Scholars Research Program. I have technical experience in Python, Java, C++ and R. Currently, I'm working with the UF Virtual Learning Lab to build an intelligent reading tutoring system with AI. Besides from my technical strengths, I also have a keen interest in empowering women in STEM. As Co-Director of Public Relations for CS Kickstart, I’ve led the creation of new visual themes and multimedia content strategies to connect our organization to young women just starting out in their computer science journey. I am also passionate about promoting Chinese culture. Through my role as a Dance Coordinator, I've planned workshops and organized large dance sets to promote Chinese culture and dance. I have also created action proposals that seek to improve the Chinese American Student Association. I look forward to leveraging my skills in both technical and creative realms for future opportunities in software development, technology-driven projects, and public engagement initiatives.
