-Supported the process planning and industrialization of BMW Gen6 high-voltage battery production line, focusing on the Cell Cluster and Energy Cluster stages that convert individual cells into pack-level sub-assemblies. -Coordinated with key equipment suppliers (e.g. GROB, Wuxi LEAD Intelligent Equipment / 无锡先导智能) on day-to-day operational topics, including Property Taken Out Applications (PTO) and supplier badge applications, ensuring smooth on-site access and equipment readiness. -Participated in cross-functional testing of a Power Apps tool used by TPL to input each station’s workload (testing & trial builds), including planned vs. actual completion times, helping to identify bugs and improve usability for the planning team. -Assisted the team with general project administration, such as travel expense claims and contract stamping, to keep documentation and approvals aligned with BMW internal processes.
