- Plan, review and co-ordinate design and construction operations ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications. - Evaluate to Project construction to ensure compliance with project and authorities standards. - Ensure contract performance and safety measures are met. - Key Person for the supply of Major Items (Steel sections, grout, Hilti bolts..etc). - Co-ordination for the main sub-contractor for the Major Works. - Co-ordinate between the civil work team and Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical & Telecommunication team. - Assist the Project Director ensuring competition of the Project as per schedule within budget, in accordance with quality standards. - Reviewing the progress Monthly, weekly and daily reports. - Provide technical assistance for construction team. - Attend the Progress/Technical meetings to discuss the pertaining topics and preparing the minutes of meetings. - Review/Prepare the technical submittals, method statement, workshop drawings, as built drawings…….etc.
