As part of the digitalization program, implement of Nokia Workflow Management platform (Site Forge) across Europe. Support, Competence development of the Process & Tools Managers. Defining market level requirements and deliver to Global tool owners. Member of Project Start Up Teams, ensuring all P&T related aspects are in place before project start date.
As program manager I am responsible for several multi disciplinary projects around the world. Currently I am working on the development and implementation of a workforce management platform including a mobility solution with integration to our other management platforms. In the past I have been working on renewable energy, process optimization and some other programs.
