Building my career up from the world of ICT services as computer science and process expert I broadened my spectrum over telecom, finance, customer experience, HR and strategy of a multibillion euro company in the telecom and IT sector. Currently I am leading the digital transformation and innovation for a large Belgian multidisciplinary group. Recent evolutions in the market around digital, agile, customer journeys, privacy, data, IoT, augmented reality, artificial intelligence... they all trigger the geek deep inside of me who loves the latest cool tech and popular science. But despite of (and also thanks to) all this technology, it is money that makes the world go round and people that make it worth living.

* Creating high level strategic program objectives and a holistic progress view of the strategic program portfolio defining the transformation of Proximus, in close collaboration with the accountable directors across the complete organisation. * Providing strategic consultancy to CEO and C-level on transformation contributing to a new strategic framework and improved governance of all strategic programs. * Facilitating a short term IT simplification mission by a major consulting firm to perform a detailed analysis and create strategic advice on structural and long term IT simplification to the executive committee. Leading 3 teams of recruiters, consultants and HR professionals, being accountable for the strategy and execution of all internal and external selections and recruitments (1.000 to 1.500 per year) as well as the Proximus employer branding, operations for internal re-deployment and managing the Proximus management trainees through their 2 year cycle. Managing >25 people.
(Dual role, combined with Domain Manager) Launching, developing and leading a unique cross business unit team with experts for each main Proximus service (mobile, fixed voice and data, TV, network) to improve the technical focus on customer experience with high impact and fast results, creating a strong transversal effect over different technical departments and teams.
