Health informatics Backend Developer at SIGEHOS, the hospital management system of the Buenos Aires City Government (GCBA), running in production across public hospitals. I work on a heterogeneous stack (Django + legacy PHP, MySQL/Oracle, Celery/Redis, Angular/Vue) integrated with external healthcare services (Masterfile, SISA, RENAPER, PACS/RIS). I designed and built a PACS/RIS acceptance testing application for a public tender, including asynchronous tests over messaging (ImageOrder / OrderStatus), JSON Schema validation, and load/concurrency testing to measure end-to-end latency. Deployed on GCBA Cloud with two parallel environments to evaluate vendors under identical conditions. This work is carried out within the framework of an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)–supported program, through a loan to the Buenos Aires City Ministry of Health aimed at modernizing and transforming the healthcare system. I am responsible for improving master data consistency between SIGEHOS and Masterfile during professional onboarding, identifying edge cases (foreign IDs, CUITs without SISA registration, individuals without Masterfile records) that break production flows, and documenting them as regression cases. - Python (Django + Django REST Framework) - JavaScript - Docker - mySQL - Oracle
