Norlys/Telia integration - PMI IT Program (Post Merger Integration) Senior project management within the Telco area as part of the BSS/OSS program in PMI (Post Merger Intergration) of Telia into NORLYS IT integration. Responsible for the following tasks: • Project planning and management, ensuring progress on the project within BSS/OSS in close collaboration with technical team members and other departments, including Mobile Core (Network) • Risk analysis and management: Identification of potential risks and development of strategies to minimize or eliminate them. • Communication and reporting: Regular communication with stakeholders, including management, team members and customers. Preparation of status reports and presentations. • Technical guidance: Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team within BSS/OSS, data center requirements, cloud, migration and application development, etc. • Supplier management: Selection of and coordination with external suppliers and partners • Change management: Handling changes in the project scope, timeline and/or budget Task was terminated sooner as planned - as Norlys changed the Telia integration strategy going from Lift & Shift to develop new mobile/fixed Tech Stack from scratch
External Consultant (April 2024 - Dec 2024) Task: Development and implementation af GRC (Governance/Risk/Compliance) software platform (RISMA SYSTEMS) and underlaying processes/tools to ensure NIS2, GDPR and CSRD compliance. Integration towards other platforms (ServiceNow/CMDB/DataPlatform GRC is an framework for managing governance, risk management and compliance with industry and government regulations. GRC also refers to an integrated suite of software capabilities for implementing and managing an enterprise GRC program. GRC’s set of practices and processes provides a structured approach to aligning IT with business objectives. GRC helps companies effectively manage IT and security risks including NIS2, reduce costs, and meet compliance requirements. It also helps improve decision-making and performance through an integrated view of how well an organization manages its risks.
