In February 2019 I joined Exact - the market leading company in Business Software in the Benelux. As part of the Product Strategy team I lead the Commercial Product Management team and the Solution marketing team of Exact.
after the acquisition of Raet by Visma, I continued my role in Portfolio management, while taking on also responsability for Marketing and Presales. From strategy to Go to Market and Sales enablement.
As part of the strategy team responsible for the Strategic direction of the Software and Services Portfolio of Raet for its home markets (Latam, Spain, Belgium and Netherlands) as well as for its further international expansion. This includes Make, Buy and Partner (investment) proposals.
responsible for the team of Product managers and Product owners for the Raet HR and Payroll offerings, both Dutch as international. This includes Product management and Portfolio management responsibilities in line with the Scaled Agile Framework (Agile for the enterprise). Member of the Management Team of Cloud Solutions.
Reponsible for HR core systems at Raet: HR Easy, Beaufort (Care, Cure and Government) and HR Access in Service (Education) as well as for the related Management information proposition (MI). These systems are part of the overall market leading HR proposition: Raet Online.
