This experience has deepened my understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver complex, multi-year programs. My career began with a top-tier global consulting company where I was leading developing and testing teams, managing IT projects and advising clients in the Telecom industry. In 2007 I transitioned to the Energy sector, taking on an IT Business Analyst role at a leading global exploration and production company. That role enhanced my understanding of core industry processes in Oil & Gas which enabled me to deliver high-impact IT projects across operations, wells, supply chain and finance, including complex divestiture and acquisition initiatives. In 2015, I stepped into a leadership role managing SAP delivery teams, which marked a shift in my career. I expanded my focus from project execution to people development and strategic advisory. Initially overseeing delivery across the EMEA region from Norway, I later supervised a global SAP operations and logistics services team. A three-year expat assignment in the U.S. enriched my cultural perspective and sharpened my leadership capabilities. Whether shaping IT roadmaps or deploying agile frameworks, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity - delivering solutions that matter.
