- LEAVE CAUSE OF REORGANISATION - Job-description: Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - process incoming (PO controlled + manual) and outgoing (Intercompany) invoices - ensure correct and timely accounting in Oracle - perform account reconciliation and analyses - support in preparation of monthly closing reports - generate and send weekly AP aging and account statements - review employee expense reports are in line with policy - adhere to payroll deadlines Fleet Lease manager - administrative processing of fleet movements - financial analysis - managing fleet and drivers, training, safety orientation - inform the drivers on company policy, customer expactations and safety requirements - verifying and controlling the best/lowest cost option for the fleet Banking - process bank transactions and support bank payment process - cash managemet Suspense accounts Intercompany invoices AP-AR - review and send out Intercompany reconciliations
