I made my experience in project management as a project engineer for automotive genuine accessory development. Working for a variety of companies and with a wide variety of suppliers allowed me to learn to deal with many different (company) cultures, nationalities and characters. It taught me to be flexible, adaptive and communicative. As a consultant, I trained myself to quickly adapt to new situations and to pick up projects where left behind. As manager & team leader, I strongly believe that respect, open communication and setting challenging goals are the keys to success. To get closer to the actual product development and to add an artistic, creative part to my job, I am looking for projects that are intellectually, technically and creatively challenging and where team spirit, own initiative and pragmatism come together. My scope of interest goes beyond the automotive and also includes consumer product design where human factors, product experience and styling play important roles.
