I work at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and delivery within a complex 24/7 environment. My focus is on keeping critical infrastructure running reliably, while at the same time delivering structural improvements. In my role as Exploitation Manager / Product Owner within Ground Services at KLM, I focus on creating clear working agreements, ownership, and transparent decision‑making in situations where continuity is always the top priority. That means no theory for the sake of theory, but practical, workable structures for teams that are responsible for both run and change on a daily basis. I strongly believe that infrastructure should be delivered differently than software. Not through fixed sprints or batch planning, but through flow‑driven work, solid preparation, and explicit ownership. From that conviction, I am the initiator and custodian of the Infra Delivery Manifesto, which defines values, practices, and principles that help make infrastructure work predictable, explainable, and deliverable. What characterizes my work: A strong focus on continuity and stability, without stopping improvement Structuring workflows, decision‑making, and handovers Translating abstract agreements into visual and practical tools Making it explicit when work is “ready to fly” — and when it is not I enjoy working in environments where: Complexity is the norm Reliability is non‑negotiable Transparency matters more than after‑the‑fact reporting My strength lies in building bridges between operations, teams, and management, with one clear goal: reliable infrastructure that does what it needs to do — day in, day out.
