A cargo de SMT y Ensamble en la fabricación de amplificadores de RF para el cliente ERICSSON. Seguimiento a los métricos: Seguridad, 5S, Cumplimiento al plan de producción, OEE, OLE, rotación, Scrap, reducción del Wip, calidad. Se logra el cumplimiento del OTD al 100% por 8 semanas consecutivas.
A cargo de SMT para los proyectos ALNA, BMW y Ford. Seguimiento al WIP, 5S, Scrap, calidad, cumplimiento al plan de producción. Se logra bajar a 3 ordenes abiertas de 32 existentes y reducir Aging de unidades de 400 días a 1|5 días.
