For over three decades, I have been redefining how business can drive social transformation, regenerative growth, and sustainable innovation. My work bridges business, creativity, and impact, always guided by the belief that economic success must go hand in hand with social and environmental responsibility. For more than 15 years, I have been closely working with Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, shaping and advancing the global social business movement: - Yunus Center – Creative Advisor & Creative Director (since 2008) - Yunus Social Business – Co-Founder (2010) - YY Foundation – Founder & Benefactor (2010), currently as a Board Member - Yunus Sports Hub – Co-Founder (2018) - Yunus Environment Hub – Co-Founder (2019) Together with Prof. Yunus, I developed the principles of social business, especially the 7th principle, "Do it with joy". As co-founder of the Grameen Creative Lab in 2009, I have helped shape and spread the social business movement worldwide. The GCL drives this transformation by inspiring through thought leadership, incubating new ideas through research and experimentation, and advising businesses, governments, and investors on creating impactful social businesses. I have deep expertise in India’s business world. My network connects global capital with local impact, helping companies navigate one of the world’s fastest-growing economies. At the same time, I advise Germany’s top business leaders - CEOs, board members, and decision-makers - helping them make forward-thinking decisions. I curate knowledge, create impulses, and develop immersive learning formats such as impactful learning festivals instead of traditional conferences. But I do not only advise - I create. For 25 years, I have proven that the ‘Perfect Way’ is possible. As co-founder of Perfect Day Coffee, I have built a business that embodies fairness, sustainability, and quality-showcasing a new economic model that integrates social impact and regenerative business practices. My work as a creative director and entrepreneur has been recognized with numerous awards for innovation, creativity, and impact. I also collaborate with universities such as IL3 @TUM Munich – the Institute for Lifelong Learning, and have taught at Oxford, sharing my expertise with the next generation. My mission is to ignite the Pink Flame - a new leadership approach based on creativity over control, empathy over dominance, and collaboration over competition.
