Managed all aspects of the company's head of marketing leading and being accountable for the company's strategy, initiatives, brand support and advertising, research and respective budget in Austria. Based on this experience, the role was extended to marketing coordinator for the sub-region Austria, Switzerland, Greece and Italy from Oct 2010 to March 2011. In addition, managed four national key accounts being active in all kind of distribution channels such as retail, discount, drug discount as well as cash & carry leading and being accountable for the company’s business relationship and turnover.
Was responsible for the strategically geared growth of the 4 brands' sales and market share. Early recognized trends and gave impulse for the national product development. Was responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and in meeting the budget. Provided regularly and in time reports to senior management. Managed and coached two brand managers and one junior brand manager respectively.
By using the relevant marketing tools and managing all aspects, ensured that all products representing the key avenues of the business were launched and supported in the South African market, in line with the Corporation's global business plan.
