Main field of work: Integrated land use and transportation planning Planning and studies of strategic land use and transportation, urban development, transport demand and policy measures for sustainable land use and mobility. Environmental Impact Assessments EIAs for major transportation infrastructure projects, coordinating and monitoring evaluation process of all range of impacts as well as preparing background information and reports for decision makers. Concept development and evaluation Early stage analyses and studies as a part of QA scheme applied to large public investments such as highway and railway projects, transportion schemes for cities and urban regions, impacts of major public transport and highway investments, land use and transportation policy measures. Transportation planning Regional and urban transport analyses and assessment of policy measures for improved transportation systems. Light rail Light rail planning, early stage planning, system assessments and analysis of potential transport corridors for LRT, planning of alignments, transport oriented development, preparation of municipal detailed planning schemes and EIA. Environmental Studies Environmental effects of plans and infrastructure initiatives, action plans for improved local air quality, local climate schemes and assessments of climate impacts of land use and transport projects. Quality Assurance Quality assurance of methods and content of plans and reports. External examiner, Dep.
