Swapfiets is growing rapidly and therefore I am responsible to make sure our Supply Chain and Logistics Operations are able to handle this growth. Will define the logistics strategy, make models to predict our forecast and make sure that our blue tires are everywhere so we will become the #1 micro-mobility brand in the world!
With a team of 14 fte, I am leading the S&OP process and responsible for the project roll-out of coffee machines at a wide range of customers (i.e. KLM, Defense, hotels, hospitals) in the out of home market. Process optimization realized by leading e2e projects with interdisciplinary teams and using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, TOC and Kaizen. Professionalization of project roll-out realized in combination with further optimization of project management and cooperation with third parties.
