Reducing defects and errors. Improvement of delivery time framework. All with the purpose to reduce costs and avoiding critical point of no return during projects. Re-Evaluation of project achievements before and end of contract term, clarify decision log, rework, renew or replace and advice on changes to be made. - Monitoring performance and progress of contractors and subcontractors - Review and advice, coating specifications improvements after implementation or before starting new projects. - Conducting QA/QC Inspections and assessments. - Provide consultancy and technical services; surveys and failure investigation. - Laboratory support & analyses - Auditing and review data from contractors: management procedures, ITP, standards, training, planning and safety procedures.
