Leadership of two purchasing teams (total 10 people) with a spend of 500mEUR+. The Supply Chain team buys logistics services in the whole Europe region. (Shipping, road and rail transport, cross-docking) for the production parts, service parts and vehicle logistics network. Responsibilities include sourcing decisions, yearly cost negotiation, shopfloor activities to improve supplier performance and reduce cost. My role is to lead the integration of 3 seperate purchasing teams into One Logistics Purchasing, develop purchasing strategy, develop buyers/managers, engage with suppliers at a senior management level and take the lead in discussions with internal stakeholders.
Project manager for engine projects in Toyota's global purchasing organisation. Responsible for coordination between China, Europe, Brazil Purchasing functions and global HQ for next generation 2.0L engine. Main achievement: establishment and implementation of common sourcing strategy.
Manager of unit section in Purchasing, This section consists of 6 buyers and is buying engine and transmission parts for production in Toyota plants in Poland and UK. The yearly spend is 0.5bn€. Unit section is also responsible for project management of european engine and transmission projects.
Responsible for engine management systems and forging raw materials.
Project management for Europe-built vehicle, business planning activities (improvement of trainings and procedures)
