Managing the KAM/sales team responsible for securing the majority of the Hasbro Nordic business with key effort on the Denmark-based customers, TOP-TOY, Danish Supermarket, COOP, etc. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for 75% of the total Hasbro Nordic turnover • Responsible for setting up the commercial strategy for Hasbro Nordic • Responsible for Business planning and setting customer budgets/targets • Responsible for leading, establishing and setting-up top-customers' negotiations including commercial terms • Responsible for development and implementation of sales policies and terms & conditions for all sales channels (hypermarkets, specialists, wholesalers, on-liners) • Responsible for negotiating all co-operation contracts • Part of the Nordic Management team. • Leading the Marketing & Sales & Planning coordination • Responsible for product launches, • Responsible for Exclusive strategy for Key customers - FOB buy implementation. • Responsible for promotion plans of special operations for customers. • Recruiting and managing a sales team of 5
Responsible for delivering the vision for the Hasbro Brands in the Nordic countries including, analysing, preparing and delivering the strategic business goals and plans for the Nordic market, executing marketing, promotional and advertising strategies to drive sales and build strong brands. Main results: Strong top- and bottom line increase – creating and growing the leading brand in the Nordic toys industry (Nerf, My Little Pony, Transformers, Littlest Pet Shop, SuperSoaker, Trivial Pursuit, Star Wars, Spiderman, Iron Man, Beyblade etc) Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and implementing Hasbro Nordic marketing strategy’s • Responsible for the overall Hasbro Nordic P/L • Responsible for the overall marketing budget (45-50 M DKK) • Responsible for leading market research, product planning, pricing, marketing communications, advertising and promotions. • Responsible for development and implementation of digital strategy for both consumer and shopper • Responsible for ensuring Hasbro brands as the best in class on consumer facing and retailer sites (in-store and online). • Responsible for defining and driving the total retail sales opportunity in the Nordic market on key Hasbro brands by creating a retail strategies at key retailers. • Responsible for defining and drive top down brand according to the business targets • Responsible for leading, directing and controlling marketing policies, programs, and activities within market to meet business objectives • Responsible for managing key relationships and negotiations with third party partners including broadcasters, licensors and agencies. • Responsible for Licensee cooperation – both in terms of licensees and licensors • Leading all 3 party negotiations (TV-stations, licensee and agencies) • Part of the Nordic Management team. • Leading a Marketing team of 10
