• Overall responsibility for the Hospitality department, including team leadership and personnel management • Continuous development of the hospitality product and design of the entire customer journey • Operational execution of all hospitality services, with a strong focus on VfB home matches (preparation, delivery and follow-up) • Coordination and collaboration with all involved service providers as well as internal and external stakeholders • Customer relationship management for approximately 1,000 business partners within the VfB network, covering all aspects of business hospitality arrangements • Invitation management • Responsibility for the major project “Arena24”, including interim measures and the redesign of Europe’s most modern hospitality areas as well as the world’s unique Porsche Tunnel Club • Hospitality sales (new business and existing clients) • Responsibility for VIP ticketing and B2B communication • Planning and execution of international B2B trips (Champions League, Europa League) • Organization and delivery of special events such as EURO 2024, Supercup, international games, DFB Cup Final, women’s matches and concerts • Active involvement in the Brustring Business Club
Part of the VIP Sportstravel and the Lagardère Sports (SPORTFIVE) project team 2018 FIFA World Cup • Acquisition, management and operational delivery of VIP travel services and hospitality packages for German‑speaking and international client groups • On‑site assignment in Moscow with responsibilities in: - Sales: handling “last‑minute” hospitality and travel sales - Procurement: ensuring seamless processes across eight luxury hotels in Moscow - Operations: execution, support and coordination of client groups (incl. Hisense, Coca‑Cola, Hyundai, MIDEA, Würth & Buderus) • Additional project involvement: DFB Cup Final 2018, UEFA Champions League Final 2018, FIS Ski World Cup 2018, IHF Handball World Championship 2019, Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 • Contribution to Lagardère Sports pitch for the UEFA EURO 2020
