Developing the future of CO₂ Removal (CDR): We take CO2 from the atmosphere and store it in the ground. We offer this as a mitigation service for the B2B market. Our approach is exceptionally energy-efficient and highly scalable, enabling CO₂ removal with 80% less energy than conventional CDR (DAC) methods and at significantly(!) lower costs. We leverage the oldest method of carbon capture – Photosynthesis – and turbocharge it. Our process ensures additionality, permanence and zero-leakage while also promoting several other SDGs. We are part of the FAB VentureLab at Technical University Munich where we successfully tested our proof of principle. We are now ready to scale up! With our first bio-based Direct Air Capture plant we aim to capture 50.000t CO2 per year by 2029. Our goal is to accelerate the build-up of the second pillar in the fight against climate change: Carbon Dioxide Removal. While the first pillar, the reduction of emissions, needs to be the global priority number one, CDR has become a necessity in the fight against climate change according to the IPCC and climate scientists to compensate for unavoidable emissions. If you are interested in our start-up, CDR or the fight against climate change, let’s get in touch.

Coronahilfe Bayreuth was the central contact point in Bayreuth and the region for people particularly affected by the corona pandemic (at-risk groups, psychological or organisational overload, loss of income, etc.) to arrange and coordinate volunteer and other aid services. As Founder my roles were: - Management of the organization team (15 people), - Coordination of our different projects (Projectmanager using Scrum and Lean methods), - Networking and cooperation with regional institutions (e.g. city and state government) and initiatives, - Public relations, - Survey and evaluation of the impact of the initiative's activities
